Returns

All custom and personalized items don’t have returns. Personalized items are those you build custom made inluding all name signs and other products you choose to add names, engraving or carving.
Products with damages and manipulation can’t be returned.  Products with DOA(damage on arrival) with proof of package damaged can be returned. 
We accept returns in items not personalized and you have 10 days after delivery day to contact us. 

Refunds

Refunds for returns before the 10 day period will be refunded as the same payment method used. All other refunds will be evaluated and will be store credits.

Shipping and handling expenses don’t have refunds.

Cancellations

Yes, you have 14 days after made the order to cancel and receive a full refund guaranteed but if the order was designed and proof was sent we can only refund up to 70% of the total. If you order something personalized which takes more than 3 weeks, we can refund up to 70% of the total. If you cancel after the product have been put into production we can’t refund any payment.
